Legal notice and Terms of Sale

1. Information about the Provider

Golf Stats App is provided by Alessandro Frappa, an individual, Italian tax code FRPLSN03H09L483Q, based at Via G. da Tolmezzo 64, 33033 Codroipo (UD), Italy. Email address for all communications, including complaints and notices of withdrawal: info@golfstatsapp.com. Information provided pursuant to Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Article 49 of the Consumer Code.

2. Scope and conclusion of the contract

2.1. These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of Premium and of the History Unlock made on the website golfstatsapp.com and, to the extent not governed by Apple's terms, to those made in the iPhone app. They supplement the Terms and Conditions of Use, whose definitions they use.

2.2. Before the purchase, the User is shown the characteristics of the product, the total price, the duration and renewal terms, any free trial and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.

2.3. On the website the contract is concluded when the User completes payment on Stripe's secure page; confirmation of the purchase is sent by email to the address provided. In the iPhone app the contract is concluded under Apple's terms, and Apple sends the related receipt.

3. Plans

3.1. The Base plan is free and never expires. Premium is an annual subscription that adds Strokes Gained analysis, comparison with reference values and advanced statistics. Features for coaches are free.

3.2. Premium includes Strokes Gained for rounds completed while the subscription is active, which remain available after it ends. Rounds completed on the Base plan do not include Strokes Gained, even after subscribing to Premium: these can be made available with the History Unlock (section 7).

4. Prices

4.1. On the website the price of Premium is €34.99 per year. In the iPhone app the price set on the App Store for the User's country applies, in the relevant currency. In both cases the price shown before confirmation is the final, all-inclusive price.

4.2. The Provider may change the price for subsequent renewals. For subscriptions purchased on the website, the change is notified by email at least 30 days before the renewal at the new price, and the User may cancel the renewal before it applies. For those purchased on the App Store, price increases are notified by Apple, which requests acceptance where required.

5. Free trial

5.1. Anyone who has never had Premium may try it free of charge for 14 days. The trial is granted only once; on the App Store it is an Apple introductory offer, and Apple sets the eligibility requirements.

5.2. On the website, starting the trial requires a payment method: unless cancelled before the 14 days expire, the annual subscription starts and is charged automatically. On the App Store the trial converts into a paid subscription when it expires, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.

6. Renewal, cancellation and non-payment

6.1. The subscription renews automatically from year to year until cancelled.

6.2. On the website the User may cancel it at any time from the Premium page → "Manage subscription". In the iPhone app it can be cancelled from the iPhone settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or from the Premium page; to avoid renewal, a subscription purchased on the App Store must be cancelled at least 24 hours before it expires.

6.3. After cancellation Premium remains active until the end of the period already paid; the Account then returns to the Base plan and recorded rounds are kept. If a renewal payment fails, Premium may be suspended until payment succeeds.

7. History Unlock

7.1. The History Unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it makes Strokes Gained available for rounds completed on the Base plan up to the time of purchase. Rounds completed later on the Base plan can be unlocked with a new purchase.

7.2. On the website the price is €3.00 for each month in which the User has at least one locked round, up to a maximum of 11 months charged (€33.00) even if there are more months. In the iPhone app there are two bands, up to 6 months and more than 6 months, at the price shown on the App Store for the User's country. The number of months and the price are shown before confirmation.

7.3. The History Unlock relates to the User's Account and cannot be transferred.

8. Free Premium periods

The Provider may grant free Premium periods, including through the referral programme or promotional initiatives, on the conditions shown in the app when they are granted. Such periods do not renew automatically, have no cash value, are not transferable and may be revoked in case of abuse, such as the use of Accounts created solely to obtain them.

9. Payments

On the website payments are processed by Stripe; the Provider does not have access to, and does not store, full card details. In the iPhone app payment is made through the Apple ID and is governed by Apple's Media Services terms; RevenueCat only informs the Provider of the status of purchases.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

The Provider is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the Service under Articles 135-octies et seq. of the Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer is entitled to have the Service brought into conformity and, in the cases provided for by Article 135-octiesdecies, to a price reduction or to termination of the contract. Defects can be reported to info@golfstatsapp.com.

11. Right of withdrawal and complaints

11.1. The Consumer's right of withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Withdrawal and Refund Policy.

11.2. Complaints can be sent to info@golfstatsapp.com; the Provider replies within 14 days.
