1. Definition of Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a section of the GolfStats App or Website. They are used to store information about your preferences or to enable technical functionalities.
2. Types of Cookies Used
The GolfStats App, and related services (such as the web portal or login pages), uses the following types of cookies:
A. Technical Cookies (Mandatory)
They are essential for the proper functioning of the App and Website. They do not require user consent (Art. 122 of the Privacy Code).

C. Marketing and Profiling Cookies (With Consent)
These cookies are used to create user profiles and send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user during navigation.
Note: GolfStats does not currently use third-party profiling cookies for direct marketing purposes within the App. Any future introduction will be notified with an update to this Policy and will require new explicit consent.
3. Management and Refusal of Cookies
3.1. Banner and Consent
Upon first access to the App or Website, a banner will be displayed asking you to accept or customize the use of non-technical cookies (Section 2B and 2C).
3.2. Revocation of Consent
You can modify or revoke cookie consent at any time via the preference management panel within the App ("Privacy Settings" section).
3.3. Browser/Device Settings
Users can also manage or disable cookies directly through their browser or device operating system settings (e.g., iOS and Android). Disabling technical cookies (Section 2A) may compromise login functionality and App usage.
